Today we are going to make Black Sesame Mochi Bread. This bread is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and so good to eat right away straight out of the oven! Hope you guys enjoy the video and happy baking as always!
Black Sesame Mochi Bread Ingredients:
125ml milk
25g unsalted butter
25g sugar
25g all-purpose flour
110g tapioca flour
1 egg
8g black sesame seeds
After adding tapioca flour and egg, try to mix the batter until it is really smooth. The tapioca flour is easy to get lumps, so just take time for this step. When the batter is smooth, it will help your bread keep the shape better. Eating them right away is the best way to enjoy these, but you still can keep it for 3-4 days in an air-tie container . However, you should toast it 1-2 minutes to get the outside crispy again.
