I took Simba my giant Savannah monitor for a walk.....he decided to do a poop and run..... Walking a medium size and up lizard is a great way to give mental enrichment, help them burn off excess energy to keep them more calm, AND help them burn away some fat!!! It doesn't have to be around the block, it can be in your back yard, or in an open room inside! I did go back later and dumped a bucket of water on it to wash it into the grass.
