The FloTrack team traveled to Waco to visit the NCAA's top 400m athlete, Nathaniel Ezekiel. Ezekiel, a senior at Baylor University, clocked a blazing 44.85 to win the Big 12 title on February 28th, 2025. He will compete in the 400m and 4x400m for the Bears at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Virginia Beach, Virgina, from March 14th - 15th.
His workout was 3x Broken 400m or 300m with one minute rest, then 100m.
