In response to the strict requirements for response speed in wind power variable pitch systems, the 90R180 pump integrates an electro-hydraulic proportional valve and an IoT sensor to achieve closed-loop control of flow rate ± 1%. The sealing ring using low-temperature plasma nitriding technology maintains elasticity even in extremely cold environments of -30 ℃. The measured data of a 2MW fan shows that the pump is 15% more energy-efficient than traditional gear pumps and reduces hydraulic oil consumption by 200 liters per year.
The 90R180 column piston pump adopts a high-strength alloy steel shell and precision ground plunger components. The fit clearance is ensured to be less than or equal to 0.01mm through a CNC machining center, and the hardened inclined plate structure is used to achieve low pulsation output under high pressure (above 35MPa). Its modular design is easy to maintain and suitable for construction machinery (such as hydraulic excavators, cranes) and metallurgical equipment, maintaining a volumetric efficiency of over 95% even under frequent start stop and variable load conditions.
