🎥 Sarimay Project - Power Plant Energized! ⚡
A new milestone for Voltalia in Uzbekistan! After 10 months of construction, our Sarimay solar power plant has officially been energized, a crucial step towards delivering 126 MW of renewable energy to the region.
This achievement marks the successful completion of key infrastructures, including the forward transmission line and high-voltage step-up substation equipped with two 80 MVA transformers.
Despite tight deadlines and challenging conditions, our teams, together with our EPC partner, worked with precision, ensuring safety, quality, and performance at every stage.
Next stop: commissioning and performance testing, paving the way for reliable operation and a smooth handover to our O&M team.
💡 Each step brings us closer to powering over 60,000 people and avoiding more than 116,000 tons of CO₂ emissions every year.
