I checked off a BIG item off of my bucket list, going to a MotoGP race at Mugello, one of my favorite tracks in the world BEFORE I got the chance to walk it at the end of the weekend.
Seeing the GP riders fly around the track at blistering pace is one thing, but walking the track envisioning how you would be taking the corners, or the massive grin on my face braking into T1, or hitting the rev limiter in 6th gear down the main straight is something else.
It gives us mere mortals hope. Hope, that I can one day ride this track, preferably on my dream bike since childhood, a Yamaha YZF-R6.
As they say, don't let dreams be dreams.
Let's turn this dream into a reality...
