Today I am sharing a decadent, 90 minute yin yoga practice. This practice gives us the quiet space and time to lean into the walls we have built to protect ourselves from feeling uncomfortable...a practice to help you melt away stress in the body and mind.

Shoelace
Dragon
Sphinx/Seal
Open Wing
Child's Pose/Melting Heart
Dragonfly
Square
Supported Fish
Corpse
Props (optional, but nice to have):
1 Bolster
1 Blanket
2 Blocks
