Installing a set of Progressive Fork Springs along with some heavier fork oil on my Indian Scout Sixty.

Torque specs on Front Suspension for components for Indian Scout Sixty:
Fork Cap Outer Tube: 16ft /lbs
Upper/Lower Fork Clamp Bolts: 18 ft/lbs
Front Caliper Mounting Bolts: 31 ft/lbs
Axle Pinch Bolt: 18 ft/lbs
Front Axle : 52 ft/lbs
Front Fender: 18 ft/lbs
Correction: The instructions call for a 140mm air gap. I've made adjustments recently for the air gap to be 160mm. Ride quality has vastly improved as well.
