Pokémon Blue Hardcore Nuzlocke But The Most Famous Glitch Goes Wrong

I made some interesting decisions in this run. Porygon is one of my favorite pokemon, but it isn't very good. I gambled for a few hours and invested a ton of resources to make it work, let's see how it fairs in a Nuzlocke. Also Missingno is a trap don't do that.
Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
1. If a Pokémon faints, its gone forever.
2. Can only catch the first Pokémon encountered on each route, unless I've already caught that species.
3. Cannot overlevel the next gym leader's ace
4. No Items in battle. Items outside of battle are okay.
I'm also trying to avoid manipulating encounters, but that isn't a hard and fast rule.
