In this video, I invite you to try a simple but powerful exercise: painting without worrying about making it look good. No rules, no expectations, no references. Just rub the canvas, play with brushes, colors, textures… and let your emotions speak.
The goal? To let go.
Express yourself fully — even if the result turns out... ugly. Yes, intentionally ugly! Because sometimes, creating without aiming for beauty can be incredibly freeing, therapeutic, or just plain fun.
