Female Bodybuilder Sheila Burgess - V364 Video Preview 6

WPW normally conduct their photo/video sessions with female bodybuilders when they are in top contest shape at the time of their competition, or in the "off-season" when most are sporting a more massive bulked up shape. But for this video session, Sheila Burgess' condition here really doesn't fit either. Standing at 5'6" tall and weighing 160 pounds, Sheila is robust and defined but not overly bulked up.

Though Sheila is lean, and not ripped to shreds in contest shape here, this "middle of the road" condition looked awesome when WPW filmed with her in late December 1997. We mention the month as the WPW staff got lucky and had a very warm day, enabling the photographers to shoot Sheila posing in great looking late afternoon light, which aided in highlighting her facial beauty, which was capped by a gorgeous mane of thick, red hair, along with her immense and muscular physique.

The video begins with some strong tandem gymwork with fellow female bodybuilder Renee O'Neill, with the two muscle girls doing lots of heavy pulldowns, close grip chin ups, curls and other strong lifts in order to get Sheila pumped up for her four posing scenes outside, which include a thong bikini and 3 great looking dress outfits. Sheila's arms and calves are truly huge, but Sheila's entire body looks amazing and shows definition, with beautiful muscle shapes and size everywhere on her solid physique. Like her muscles, she was one of the most energetic and personable female bodybuilders posing for the WPW cameras ever. An interview with Sheila closes out the video, concluding a great video with an awesome woman along with being one of the WPW staff's favorite new women back in the day! A great looking woman, a wonderful personality and in beautiful shape.
