Naben Blade Disintegrator for Synthetic Rubber Based Abrasive Wheels (Cold Kneading Process)

Unique Mixers has supplied the special design Naben Blade Mixer (Fish-Tail Blade Mixer) to one of the leading abrasive grinding wheel manufacturer in India.

The disintegrator as it is called is used for manufacturing rubber bonded grinding wheels in which rubber is used as a binder. This high shear kneading machine is used to process the masticated rubber and to shear the rubber sheets into granules.

Naben blades produce extra shearing action as required for some processes, materials. The blade geometry resists distortion and stresses on the mixing load.
