This recipe makes 2 dozen of cheese ensaymada if each dough weighs 1.8 ounces
Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
5 cups bread flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 whole eggs
5 eggyolks
1/2 cup + 1 /4 cup softened butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for toppings
Buttercream:
1/2 cup softened butter
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
Or 1 tablespoon white sugar
*Bake at 310°F for 13 to 15 minutes
