🔴In accordance with the wildlife protection ammendment act 2022, New rule is introduced on 24th April 2023 by the union government in the name of Breeders of Species Licence Rules, 2023 .
According to this rule breeders having the below mentioned birds should fill the form for the grant of licence to the chief wildlife warden within 90 days from the date of notification by paying Rs. 25,000/- This licence is valid for two years and after the completion of two years it should be renewed .
I have mentioned the common name of the major and familiar birds alone and yet other birds and animals are there in the schedule IV appendix 1. For further reference pls verify the new wildlife protection ammendment act schedule.
