Dacia Jogger Dashboard Calibration with AVDI, RR030 License and ABPROG!

Hello there!

I am currently working on several cars from the Renault and Dacia line, so I have decided to show you how to calibrate the dashboard of a Dacia Jogger in a few easy steps. This solution is used in case you need to replace a faulty dashboard and set correct mileage on the replacement module. It works also for Dacia Sandero III, Dacia Logan III, as well as Renault Trafic III phase 2, Renault Kangoo III, Renault Express II.

The procedure includes the following steps:
Read and calibrate the ABS and Dashboard by OBD with three clicks, literally!
As soon as the data is read, two files are saved automatically on your computer in the Abrites diagnostics for Renault/Dacia Online log file folder (flash and config)
Take the cluster out of the car and connect it on bench as shown in the software wiring diagrams
Write the flash file using the ABPROG and ZN093 adapter
Return the removed components, assemble the dashboard, and take it back into the vehicle

The process is relatively quick, but my advice is to take your time while connecting to the PCB of the module using the ZN093 adapter and ABPROG. Be careful and make sure you work with the module according to the wiring diagrams. Front and back sides are important to distinguish and solder the correct wires to the relevant sides, as well as remove the correct components, then return them to their places.
