This HAWAIIAN HAUPIA is a jiggly coconut paradise!
✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 5 tbsp Cornstarch
• ½ cup Water
• 1 can (13 oz) Coconut Milk
•¼ cup sugar
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water together until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk and sugar, whisking continuously until it reaches a gentle simmer.
3. Slowly pour in the cornstarch slurry, whisking constantly. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens into a smooth, pudding-like consistency. Reduce heat and cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Let cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
5. Cut into squares, and enjoy the jiggly, coconutty goodness! 🥥✨
