this Chocolate cake recipe is very delicious moist and super soft.This is my "go to" Chocolate Cake. I make it for family dinners, birthdays, and everything in between. I really like the combination of two types of chocolate. Unsweetened cocoa powder is used in the chocolate cake and a dark chocolate (semi sweet or bittersweet) is used in the frosting.
Ingredients
250 gram of all purpose flour
250 gram of butter
40 gram of chocolate powder
250 gram of sugar
250 gram of eggs
2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
for decorations
a cup of fresh strawberries
100 gram of dark chocolate
for ganache
200 ml of whipping cream
250 grams of dark chocolate
one teaspoon of butter
