Building a 4 Player Pedestal Arcade - Part 1

Looking to up the man cave game with a pedestal arcade cabinet. Built this following a guide I found online with a little bit of my own flavor on it. The goal is to reuse the Logical Increments Destitute build PC as the base system for running the emulation. This will be a multipart video since it's such a long build!
