INGREDIENTS:
rice 1 cup
Chana dal 1/2 cup
Mung dal 3/4 cup
Urad dal 1/4 cup
Curd 1 cup
Carrot
Corn
Ginger
Green chillies
Potato
Turmeric 1 tbs
Red chilli powder 2 tbs
Salt
Garlic
Backing soda 1 small tablespoon

METHOD:
1. Soak all dal and rice with curd for 2-3 hours
2. Grind it in a mixture
3. Then add grated carrots corn ginger green chillies and potato
4. Then add all mentioned spices and chopped garlic
5. Then mit it and add backing soda and add hot oil to activate
6. Then mix it
7. Now take the uppam pan apply oil and add sesame seeds
8. Then put the batter into the pan and cook for 5 minutes then flip it on the other side and again cook for 5 minutes
9. Now our HANDVA BITES is ready to serve
