从商代到周代，再到春秋战国时期，戈、矛、戟这些青铜兵器一直是中国战场上的主角，兵器的性能和铸造技艺也随着时代的进步在不断地发展。春秋战国时期，随着各国日渐强大，战斗用的船只，车马出现了。到西汉时期，骑兵和步兵作战的刀、枪等短兵器成为军队的常备武器。

From the Shang Dynasty to the Zhou Dynasty, and then to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods, bronze weapons such as daggers, spears, and halberds have always been the protagonists on the battlefield in China, and the performance of the weapons and the casting techniques have also been constantly developing with the progress of the times. During the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods, as countries became more powerful, ships for fighting, and carriages and horses appeared. By the Western Han Dynasty, short weapons such as knives and guns for cavalry and infantry combat became the standing weapons of the army.
