Student loan payments restarting for more than 40 million borrowers on Sunday

More than 40 million borrowers will have to start making student loan payments again on Sunday after President Joe Biden’s student debt cancellation plan was struck down by the Supreme Court in June. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson has the latest.
