Residents of Tulsa's historic Greenwood area meet with OK Governor Dewey Bartlett to discuss job opportunities. Governor shakes hands and meets with business people, as he promotes his jobs programs in Black Wall Street and Tulsa's African American community. This was time of racial unrest in America and Greenwood residents had grown up in the shadow of the Tulsa race massacre. Bartlett was republican who would go on to serve Oklahoma in US Senate for one term 1967-1971.
