📚తెలంగాణ ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితిపై 42 పేజీలతో కూడిన శ్వేతపత్రం శ్వేతపత్రం ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసింది.
📚ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి భట్టి విక్రమార్క శ్వేత పత్రాన్ని విడుదల చేసి ప్రసంగించారు. 2014-23 మధ్య బడ్జెట్‌ కేటాయింపుల్లో వాస్తవ వ్యయం 82.3 శాతమే ఉందన్నారు. తెలంగాణలో మొత్తం అప్పులు రూ.6,71,757 కోట్లు ఉండగా.. తెలంగాణ ఏర్పడిన నాటికి రుణం రూ.72,658 కోట్లు.
📚పదేళ్లలో సగటున 24.5 శాతం రాష్ట్ర అప్పులు పెరిగిందని.. కాగ్ రిపోర్ట్‌లోని అంశాలను నివేదికలో వెల్లడించినట్లు ప్రభుత్వం పేర్కొంది. మొత్తం బడ్జెట్‌ వ్యయంలో ఆరోగ్యంపై ఖర్చు 5 శాతం మాత్రమే.. 📚బడ్జెట్‌కు వాస్తవ వ్యయానికి 20 శాతం అంతరం ఉందని.. పదేళ్లలో చేసిన ఖర్చుకు అనుగుణంగా ఆస్తుల సృష్టి జరగలేదన్న ప్రభుత్వం వెల్లడించింది.
📚 ప్రభుత్వ కార్పొరేషన్లలో తీసుకున్న అప్పులు రూ.59 వేల 414 కోట్లుగా 42 పేజీలతో కూడిన శ్వేతపత్రం ద్వారా వెల్లడించింది
📚The paper contains details on 11 topics including ‘Budgeted vs Actual expenditure of Telangana’, ‘Outstanding debt trends’, ‘Increasing debt servicing burden’, ‘Expenditure on education & health’.
📚The debt in 2014 was Budget borrowing for the 2014-15 fiscal, which shot up to Rs 6,71,757 crore in 2023-24, with Budget borrowing (as per FRBM limits) accounting for Rs 3,89,673 crore.
📚Among others, government-guaranteed loans raised by SPVs (special purpose vehicles), but serviced by the government, accounted for Rs 1,27,208 crore, government-guaranteed loans raised and serviced by SPVs accounted for Rs 95,462 crore and non-guaranteed loans raised and serviced by SPVs, corporations or institutions accounted for Rs 59,414 crore.
