Replacing clock spring in Ford 7.3 99-03 SUPER DUTY.
Symptoms of a bad clock spring on a 7.3 Ford Superduty Powerstroke are:
No Horn
No Cruise control function
and an airbag light on the dash.
I would suggest checking the horn fuse, or the cruise control plug underneath the hood on the brake reservoir if you are trying to diagnose the issue and don't have all three symptoms.
This truck is a F550, but this will work on a Ford Superduty 7.3 powerstroke F450, F350 or F250.
