Morning friends!
I have an invigorating yoga sequence for you this week. Sun Salutations A and B (aka Surya Namaskar A and B) are a phenomenal way to welcome the day, they're also a great sequence to warm up the body and seamlessly unite breath with postures. Another bonus, Sun Salutations are great for advanced and beginning yogis alike, in addition to athletes!
Remember, try to follow my breath cues, modify where you need to and enjoy this beautiful, devotional flow.
