Try this 10 minute total body workout - All you need is your bodyweight and small space to move in. (I'd recommend having a mat, your own music playing, and a water nearby to set the vibe!)
The Workout:
4 Exercises/ 35 sec work & 15 sec rest/ 1 set each exercise x 3 Rounds
1. Squat into a squat jump
2. Push ups with alternating shoulder taps
3. Reverse Burpees
4. Lateral Lunge with a pause
*Treat Round 1 like a warm up to get familiarized with the movement & GO HARD rounds 2/3!
