We visited the historic farm at the Oconaluftee visitor center for a fun little walking tour. Afterwards, we took a stroll down the Kephart Prong Trail to see some ruins and find a place beside the creek for our hot dog lunch. 🌭 We really enjoyed ourselves.

As mentioned in the video, we tried a pair of lapel mics that we tested at home and seemed fine. They had very high reviews, although on the more affordable side. In the field they were a letdown, sometimes sounding fine and sometimes leaning towards a muffled/garbled sound, and their range wasn't good either. I did the best I could in editing. 🥹 Also, one of these days I would LOVE to get an action camera, as my Sony doesn't have stabilization but I keep trying to use it for moving shots!
