Part I covered key context and definitions around immigration to the U.S. In this Part II, we look at U.S. immigration history from 1790-2024, and some of the important acts and legislations which still frame our policies today. In Part III, we will look at some of the myths surrounding the undocumented in the U.S., as well as cover what's been happening in immigration over the past year and review my primary sources and recommendations.
