I check out the upcoming Brightwells classic car auction in today's Old Classic Car video. The cars go up for sale on their timed auction platform on Saturday 29th March and continue being available to bid on until lunchtime the following Wednesday, for details please see

Classic cars for sale are listed in detail on the Brightwells auctions website, in this video I have a walkaround preview, and peruse the upcoming auction lots. If you're interested in bidding on any of the cars in the auction, I'd highly recommend speaking to the Brightwells office and, if possible, viewing potential buys in person before bidding - my featuring cars in this video is not a recommendation to buy one or more of them as I've not inspected any of them in great detail and I'm no expert mechanic either - caveat emptor and all that!
I try and pick my favourite vintage and classic cars from those assembled in the main auction hall. Highlights this time include a wonderful pair of pre-war Star saloons, a Riley 12/4 special, a 1940s Thomson Dart caravan, a Sunbeam Talbot 90 drophead coupe (plus a similar saloon restoration project), an intriguing Wolseley tourer of the 1920s, Austin 10 Lichfield, 1911 Studebaker, Austin 7 Chummy, FIAT Topolino, and a green Triumph TR4 with a very appropriate registration number!
I hadn't planned on this classic car auction video being quite so long but I hope it proves to be of interest.
