I can not believe it's been a year since I had my retina detach. The process of gaining vision back has been very slow but I wanted to update on the various check ups I have had since having scleral buckle surgery in January of 2023.
Throughout the process I've had a patch of fluid settled into my central vision which distorted by vision. As time has passed this fluid has slowly dissolved. In this video, I chat about getting a new prescription after surgery, wearing contacts, and how my vision is now.
