The latest episode from our YouTube series Behind Blue Eyes is now live and features the Club's Academy ahead of a special occasion in which they became the first Everton side to win at the Club's new world-class home, with Kingsford Boakye's late header sealing a 1-0 victory over a strong Bolton Wanderers B team in the second test event at Bramley-Moore Dock.

In each video of the Behind Blue Eyes series, viewers get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the day-to-day roles of key figures across different departments within the Club.

This episode sees us speak to Paul Tait, Under-21s manager, as we hear all about his background with the Club while taking our cameras into the dressing room and onto the training pitch as he prepares his team for their big contest. We also speak to Gareth Prosser, Academy Director, to reflect on the good work in terms of rearing the next generation of talent at Finch Farm.
