आज राज्यसभा में ऐसा दृश्य देखने को मिला जिसने संसद की गरिमा पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए। जैसे ही सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू हुई, विपक्षी सांसदों ने जोरदार विरोध दर्ज कराया क्योंकि मोदी सरकार का एक भी मंत्री सदन में मौजूद नहीं था।
