What could be tastier than aromatic lard with a layer of meat? If such a natural delicacy takes up residence in your refrigerator, it won’t have to live there for long! This delicacy is better than any sausage! And such a cut will have a place of honor on the holiday table!
We will need:
Salo (Podcherevok)
Marinade:
2 liters of water (in a large saucepan)
2-3 tablespoons of salt
2 pcs. bay leaf
a few peas of allspice and black pepper
coriander beans (1 teaspoon)
1 onion
Cook the underbelly for approximately 1.5 hours. Get it. Cool.
Refueling:
5-6 cloves of garlic
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of paprika.
Let the boiled lard with dressing wrapped in parchment rest for 12 hours (at least).
