Dear Ladies, Gentlemen, and Beloved Students,
In recent times, I have realized that each of us is facing stress, anxiety, and many sleepless nights. For that reason, I devoted my time to creating a one-hour audio video with the hope of helping everyone achieve a deep, gentle, and truly restorative sleep.
In this video, I combine three special elements:
• Soft piano music to activate the alpha brainwave (Frequency: 8–12 Hz), helping the mind relax and release the pressures of the day.
• Natural rain sounds to guide the brain into theta (Frequency: 4–8 Hz), the transition state between wakefulness and sleep — where worries begin to dissolve.
• Tibetan Bowl with its warm, deep vibrations that lead you into delta (Frequency: 0.5–4 Hz) — the brainwave level of the deepest sleep, where the body restores and the soul is healed.
