The Dell T110 is an excellent server for startups, small businesses or a a gaming PC. The T110 is upgradable to four hard drives for scalable twelve terabyte internal storage and has two external storage drive bays for optical drives and tape backups, which means that it can easily handle a multitude of file storage.

The T110 boasts a dual or quad core within its family of Intel processors, ranging from Quad-core Intel® Xeon® 3400 series, Dual-core Intel® Celeron® G110 Intel® Pentium® G6950 and Dual-core Intel® Core® i3 500 series. The T110 includes Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology (Intel® HT Technology) which allows more than one thread to run on each core, making it multimedia capable while simultaneously running background applications without affecting system performance.

For network connectivity, the T110 has four PCIe slots for PERC controllers, Audio, DDPE, 10G NIC, 1G NIC capabilities and trusted platform module (TPM) for added configuration data security.
For maximum speed and bandwidth, the T110 can handle up to 16 gigabytes of buffered memory within its single processor system. The T110 has four DIMM slots and accepts 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB DDR3 memory modules. Speeds include 1066MHz, 1333MHz, 1600MHz and 1866MHz. There is one type of memory for the T110 which is ECC Unbuffered, also known as a Server UDIMM. Max configuration is 32GB via 4 x 8GB ECC Unbuffered. For added security, the T110 includes advanced system monitoring features for increased performance and decreased data loss in the event of crashes caused by system errors.

The T110 is compatible with Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Citrix software which makes it the perfect server for any multi-tasking environment.
