This lemon blueberry sourdough is the perfect addition to your sourdough rotation this summer. It is light and airy, and perfectly sweet with a touch of tang.
I use my classic sourdough recipe (which I have listed in this video, as well as a stand alone video on my channel for the same recipe) and add lemon zest, fresh blueberries, and top with crystal sugar.
