Another week, another batch of Americans totally confused by Europe 😂

In this video, I scroll through TikTok to find some of the funniest culture shocks and surprises Americans have while living or traveling in Europe. From discovering that everyone goes on holiday in August, to realizing that European skin seems to handle the sun better than American skin, to the mistakes people make before moving abroad, and even differences in how men are treated — the list just keeps going.

Honestly, I love these videos because they’re hilarious, but also kind of eye-opening. It’s crazy how the little differences in culture can feel so shocking when you’re seeing them for the first time.
