In the fifth edition of Flow DNA's Lockdown Tutorial Series we take a look at the basics of staff spinning (without finger twirling).
This is for absolute beginners, but anyone might be able to gain something from this. This will also act as an entry video into learning double staves, which is our next video.

6:00 - 2-beat shoulder reel

Make your own staff at home using aluminium tubing, or a wooden dowel. Bicycle tubing is great for end weights and you can use insulation tape to decorate. If you'd like grip, tennis grip is a great way to go.
