1 Month Update! After Moving In | Building a Ryan Homes Saint Lawrence Construction Update

We've finally reached the 1 month marking after closing on and moving into our new Ryan Homes Saint Lawrence! In this video, we'll cover everything that took place with the build since the Week 18 mark, when we went through our final inspection and walkthrough with our PM. This includes the process of moving in, handling utility transfers and and their costs for the home, getting additional items like our refrigerator, washer and dryer, blinds and a security system.

However, we'll also cover additional work done by Ryan since the Week 18 mark, which includes the install of our lawn, landscaping package and irrigation system. I'll also cover the experience of living in a new construction community, provide updates on the progress of the community overall, and cover any warranty requests we've put in since we closed on the home.
