The 1st Legion Astartes were the mightiest Legion in the early days of the Great Crusade, often armed with experimental weaponry. Led by the Primarch Lion El'Jonson, the Dark Angels stood loyal in the Horus Heresy in the majority, but were split by a great betrayal that still affects them to this day. This is their story.
