10 min Standing Prenatal Yoga | Strong & Grounding Practice

This 10-minute yoga practice includes a series of strong standing poses to build strength, balance, and stamina. During my pregnancy, I noticed that practicing standing poses was often easier than seated ones, and dynamic movements felt better than holding poses, so that's how this routine was created :)
Remember to listen to your body and modify or skip poses that don't feel right. This practice is best for experienced practitioners who have done some yoga before pregnancy, as it's quite dynamic and I'm not giving many instructions. Enjoy!
