285hz = D tuned to 427hz Master PITCH You can measure it by adding a tuner on the 285hz tone frequency

The difference between 440hz and 427hz is 13hz.
By knowing that you can alter the pitch of any sample like I did in this video to match the 285hz main frequency

Alter the pitch of all sample by - 13hz

To alter it you have to calculate the how much CENTS in the pitch you need to lower
Since in FL studio is 4cents = 1 HZ
you have to multiply 13 by 4 ( because 13hz is the difference between 440hz and 427hz ) to have the number of cents you need
13 * 4 = 52 cents

Now by lowering any sample tuned to 440hz by -52cents You attain the right frequency so every sample is tuned properly to 427hz

HIT ctrl when changing the pitch and make Shure its on stretch mode
