During this convening, California cancer center representatives received updates from CCCP and CDOC, and ACS partner. The session also explored collaborative opportunities and identified potential areas for collaboration among cancer center representatives.
Participants will gain insights into lung cancer screening work being conducted at UCLA and within the UC Cancer Consortium, through the presentation, “What’s Happening at UCLA & the UCLCC Screening Task Force,” by Doctors Ashley Prosper, MD & Amy Cummings, MD, PhD, who are leaders in the lung cancer screening work at UCLA and within the UC Cancer Consortium. This is a great opportunity to learn and enhance lung cancer screening efforts in the state.
