Take a wildflower journey across Oregon with stops at various wildflower hotspots. Damian Fagan leads this virtual exploration of the natural history, ethnobotany, and ethnology of Oregon's flora; he also shares information on resources to aid in wildflower identification and information.
Damian Fagan is a former National Park Service ranger and field biologist who has a passion for plants. With a B.S. in Botany from the University of Washington, Fagan has photographed and studied wildflowers throughout the West. He has written two wildflower field guides: Wildflowers of Oregon and Canyon Country Wildflowers. A freelance writer and occasional outdoor recreation instructor for COCC's Continuing Education, Fagan is most at home surrounded by the flora and fauna of the Great Outdoors.
