黑胡椒粉 1/2茶匙、五香粉 1/2茶匙、白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙、糖 1茶匙、鹽 1茶匙,烏醋 1大匙, 米酒 2大匙、醬油膏 2大匙, (鹽optional)
炸粉1:麵粉 2大匙、鹽 1/2茶匙、五香粉 1/2茶匙
炸粉2: 地瓜粉 150g+再來米粉 or 糯米150g( ratio:1:1)
九層塔 適量
調味料:五香粉+鹽 +胡椒粉 (ratio: 1:1:1)
