We Hiked The Most Beautiful Trail of The World

In March of 2023, without a guide or porter, me and Ruben set out to hike in the Khumbu region of Nepal. We were planning to hike the Three Passes Trek but had to change plans due to bad weather and a helicopter evac. Nonetheless, we had a great trekking and completed the EBC, Gokyo, Kala Patthar, Island Peak Base Camp and many more absolute highlights!

Never had I climbed higher than on this trek, a (literally) breathtaking 5644m. above sea level. Coming from someone who never lived somewhere else than sea level this was quite the exercise.

Due to the luggage of Ruben getting lost, we stayed one night in Lukla before setting our for Namche, this way we didn't need an acclimatization day in between Lukla and Namche.

Such a beautiful trek with lovely people and amazing scenery all along!
