Adani Group plans to scale Indian airports to 20 crores passengers/year — a 60% jump — and list its airport business. Upgrades will cover Navi Mumbai and six other airports, with ~70% debt funding. India’s air traffic is projected to cross 30 crores by 2030, making this a high-conviction growth play on rising incomes, tier-2/3 travel, and the expanding aviation market.
