⚠️Correction EDIT: DUAL CAST DOES NOT WORK WITH WAND. Manaball eruption works with with wands/staves.
Wand being able to attack faster still seems to give me better results overall over the staff but this is all speculations base on a few test I've done
Dummy Test was done with Vampiric Onslaught /Dragons Ascent on⚠️
