TOWN THEME (Final Fantasy II) - Relaxing Classical Guitar Cover

The "Town" theme from Final Fantasy II on classical guitar.

The Town Theme from Final Fantasy 2 for the NES is very much in the same vein as the Town theme from Final Fantasy 1: a classic tune filled with nostalgia, and "at home" feelings. This, to me, is what classically inspired fantasy music should sound like, and I just love it.

Later in the series, Uematsu will experiment with a LOT of genres and styles for the town themes (just check out "Bran Bal" below for a good example!!), but these first few FF games have a very specific vibe.

This video is a part of my continuing quest to explore the "town" music of Final Fantasy I through Final Fantasy X via creating and performing original virtuoso guitar arrangements. More awesome Final Fantasy music on guitar here:
