Gutuile sunt printre cele mai potrivite fructe din sezonul rece, care ne asigura un stil de viata sanatos si o dieta echilibrata.
In acest tutorial iti voi arata cum am facut marmelada de gutui in 50 minute, dupa o reteta mai veche.
Acest fruct este bogat in nutrienti, vitamina A, B, C, fibre si minerale, potasiu, seleniu, zinc, calciu, fier, fosfor si magneziu.
Am folosit urmatoarele ingrediente in acest video:
1 kg gutui pulpa (1,120 kg)
850 g zahar
1 lamaie
~300 ml apa
